Pecera Post card

$45.00

5” x 7”

Pecera means fishbowl in Spanish. A cheeky goldfish curls into itself, boxed in and compressed, holding its breath. Part creature, part character, Pecera explores confinement, resilience, and the absurd pressure to “fit.”

Drawing from Aztec and Mesoamerican stonework, the form uses heavy silhouettes, rounded geometry, and carved tension, filtered through the PEZ universe of humour, defiance, and cultural remixing.

No space. No excuses.

A goldfish boxer locked into the tank, coiled with determination. Hand-drawn and printed using risograph for bold colour, raw texture, and imperfect detail.

This isn’t about escape.

It’s about endurance.
